Beaujolais Blanc

The Beaujolais-Villages PDO extends in 38 different villages. The soils are mainly granitic and are therefore perfect to highlight Gamay Noir’s potential.

Our Beaujolais-Villages Leynes comes from the village of Leynes. The vines are planted on granitic/schist soils with a South-West exposure and offer us wines with a cherry red tint and ripe red fruits aromas.

However, Gamay Noir is not the only grape variety you will find in Beaujolais. Limestone-clay soils can also be found here and these are perfect for growing Chardonnay grapes. Our Beaujolais Blanc is a perfect example of what this grape has to offer when grown on Beaujolais soils.
